I almost started my addiction to cocaine, 9 years, but have trouble sleeping terribly, which has a negative effect on my health. iv tried all ways and techniques to promote relaxation and sleep without avail.what seeems is to work, if I take 15 mg diazepam, 1 night, then go to 4 days without it out of my system and resume the process does not create dependency . this seems to me at work moment.could any 1 that, as the same thing, addicts and former professional counseling or mental health some good advice on this thank you please.mature find constructive answers.
