Need help picking a prosumer camcorder? - 3000$ prosumer hd camcorder

I want a semi-professional camera to buy documentaries and shorts to turn.

At the moment I have a Sony DVD705E, which I used, so for my family and I had no ambition to better in the film.

Now I want to spend over $ 2500 to $ 3000. And I look:
Sony FX7
Sony HDR-FX1000
Sony A1U
Panasonic AGDVX100B

But I am confused about the specifications and options.
Some MiniDV and HD, etc., and the 3CC and CMOS thing.

Can someone explain, and to recommend a camcorder.
Actually, no matter if it is HD, so the SD card is really better, but HD would be nice.
